It was my second time renting a house in London. Let me tell you that my last experience was nothing like the first one. I had the opportunity to find a house in less than a week which is uncommon in London. I had the help of an amazing agent which showed me fair options and did help me through every step of the way. My honest opinion is that the way JBrown works is nothing compared to the other mainstream companies in the area. They are kind and don't take with useless bureaucracy which for me as a person that leaves abroad is essential. I am glad that I found my home and for those who are scared because other agents treat you poorly like they are the client, don't be afraid because you will be very well served in JBrown
0 stars for this doubtful agency. They are incredibly unprofessional. I made an offer for a property to let and Laith didn't even send it to the landlord, despite the fact I insisted that I needed a reply quickly. It's only when I chased him that he said I should pay a 1week-deposit for the offer to be validated while nothing as such was stipulated in the offer form I completed online. When I enquired further about this process, he said he would chase the landlord. I decided to chase the agent who made the viewing (James) who was surprised my offer hadn't been sent and said he would look into it. More than one week later, still no news and Laith isn't even responding to my texts anymore. What a joke!!
Great renting experience! They made sure I found a property that was right for me and ensured the whole process was simpler and went as smoothly as possible, would definitely recommend!
