Fortunately, one of the agents was Matt Bird who very quickly identified the perfect apartment and helped me negotiate a successful below market offer, which was signed and complete on Thursday. Super impressed with the speed and quality of service provided, and glad to be a Foxtons managed tenant now for the foreseeable future!
I met Jaymie Reilly of Foxtons several times while I was looking for a flat around the Islington area. He was always very friendly & efficient and nothing was too much trouble even though the place we found eventually was not through him. He continued to be supportive and offered assistance if needed despite this. He understood completely what I was looking for and only sent through appropriate places which I found really helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend him whether you are buying or selling.
