George Davis called me and promised me the world, and did he deliver... Oh yes he did! He lined me up with 4 interviews, helped me all the way through, constantly kept in touch and got me an offer with my dream job. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would recommend to any recruiter at any level, thanks George!

Working with ESG helped me fast-track securing a job within 3 weeks of the first point of contact. They arranged me multiple interviews in the first two weeks, with an array of high profile clients. The consultants working there, personally for me Erin Bradley, showcased extreme professionalism and also friendly guidance. Highly recommend.

I applied for a role recruitment role through ESG recruitment and completed the phone and in person interview. I was told that they had opportunities that would suit me and I would be emailed those and invited back. However, this did not happen and my emails were ignored. Instead I received several calls, which were the in the same format as my first telephone interview with them. I informed their employees of this who became confused and did not know what to say to me.

I interviewed with ESG in March 2018, they sad that I was a little too early as I was graduating in June. They invited to take part in an internship until I had finished my exams and I have enjoyed every single minute. The office is your typical example of "work hard play hard" but each of the consultants truly love what they do which makes ESG a fantastic place to work..

RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Richard Daniels the managing director saying to me in the interview "I would give you my business card but I ran out" i.e. I don't want you to contact me because you don't fit what we're looking for. Eventually, he ends up never getting back to me altogether. Summaya, one of the Associate Consultants doesn't even reply to my emails after me sending her a follow-up message, saying thank you. All you guys have to say to applicants who have been unsuccessful is - "Sorry you didn't make the cut, we're looking for someone with a bit more sales experience. Anyway, it was great meeting you. Best of luck with your job search". But No, apparently you don't have enough time on your hands to send a short AUTOMATED message like that?! Don't use these horrible people. All they want is to make money out of placing graduate into jobs that no one wants. i.e. phone slamming roles. There is a reason why they have to lie about the job description! ESG - Applicants want transparency and honesty. Not Rudeness and Unprofessional behaviour.
