Worst accountant ever. Rajjak charged me for tax returns 2 months before the submission deadline and still submitted them late, resulting in me paying a late charge because of his incompetency. After this Rajjak tried to invoice me for £250 for the same tax returns he already taken payment for pretending to forget about receiving the payment and blaming his assistant Yashpal for ‘not updating the files’. His assistant Yashpal is the only person you deal with as Rajjaj is never available, so tries to give tax advice despite not being a qualified accountant. I booked a meeting at his office two weeks ahead, I even confirmed the meeting a few hours prior on the day, I wait over two hours in his office because he was ‘in traffic, about 20 mins away’ so he told me when I had to call hide mobile to see where he actually was because he kept telling his assistant that’s he will be there soon. To my surprise he called his assistant 2 hour after our appointment time (whilst I was made to wait for Rajjak as they kept saying he’s on his way just stuck in traffic) to tell him he was meeting another client and not coming to the office. They then just said not point waiting for Rajjak but he will call me, which he didn’t. This accountant will just cost you a lot more than other professional accountants as him and his team will bill you for everything and try rob you for more money wherever they can. Trust me they sound the part and will quote you cheaper than any other accountant but you will pay double eventually. These people are scammers, you have been warned. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just pay for a real accountant, one that is legitimate and professional.
I have been using their service for last about 8/9 years. I’m very happy with their service. Mr. Rajjak and his team are very professional with a friendly attitude. I can’t recommend highly enough.
Rajjak Associates provide excellent service with efficiency I had some issue with my company and went to Rajjak Associate, they resolved the issue with great response and timely.
