I recently called Grant Saw for initial advice on a couple of unrelated matters and spoke to both a locum and in-house solicitor respectfully. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and non-pushy in terms of follow- up after the initial advice given. Whilst I prefer not to need a solicitor if I can help it, they will be my local go-to from now on if I need advice and more on legal matters.
They are very friendly and kind. They ensure that the process is not costly for the client allocating a junior solicitor to the case, who only scans the evidence to avoid increasing the cost, work for a settlement and offer a no win no fee when is possible. This may work for small and uncomplicated cases. However, if the perpretator/other party is a tough opponent, has a solicitor from the city, plays dirty tricks, or is not willing a settlement, your goose is cooked, independently of the strength of your case. Grant Saw are solicitors so, as they work preparing documents, they may reply to this comment with eloquent words. But if you have a serious and big case that cannot be used only as a case study, you may want to consider going somewhere else.
My personal experience with Mike Clary was exceptional. Through a near 2 year period dealing with him. And i don’t know how we would have got through it without him.
