Very dubious, please stay away. I bought a Vauxhall mokka paid cash after they advertised on autotrader. He lied that the car has full service history and he will send the receipts with the car. He was lying!! The car was last serviced in 2017! That is 6 years ago! Car has a lot of issues and he is no longer picking my calls!!
These 5* reviews are so illegitimate. The mechanic undermines you and is always lying through his teeth when it came to doing any repairs or check ups. The manager takes no accountability for damage control and how rude his staff are to customers. They damaged my car in their repair shop and tried to state it was done prior to arrival even though I have before and after pictures. They have the worst customer service, honestly cough up a bit more money and go somewhere else. This place reeks of fraud and counterfeit parts.
Disgusting! I complained that the oil was dirty and the ‘little joker’ that works there told me it’s fine! I still had the warranty but they refused to admit the oil was dirty! In the end I took the car to my trusted garage and they confiithat the oil was filthy! Had it changed at my own expense. The trade price service that ‘Ronny’ offers? After the oil complaint I didn’t bother! No point! Probably his mate doing it! I’ve had the car for over a year now and had nothing but problems! I told them I needed a reliable car for my job! They sold me a car that was simply ‘Tarted’ up enough to be sold! What makes matters even worse is that they told me they could only offer me scrap value for my fiesta as it will of course be scrapped. I told them that the car is nothing but problems and was dangerous, Within 2 weeks of buying the Peugeot from them I saw my old Fiesta on the street, taxed and Insuranced. They obviously conned someone else other than myself into buying a car that has serious problems, never mind selling it for a lot more than what they gave me in the trade. I’ve had so many problems with the car that they sold me, I am now seeking legal advice! Do not touch them! They talk the talk like typical con men! ????????????
Very good service. Bought a VW car, working perfectly. Full customer services provided by Ronny, excellent man to deal with. I first went to see car in car giant but didn't find as I wanted with my budget but finally I found a lovely car in RM Motors and I am very happy with the purchase. I do recommend RM Motors if you are looking for buying a car.
