I ordered a glass locket and chain from Mon Bijoux, requesting a photo of my dog who recently passed, to be sandblasted on the glass. Jason/Jamie could not have presented me with a more beautiful piece of jewellery. They worked tirelessly to ensure the end result was exactly what I wanted despite it being highly unusual and delicate work. I could not be happier. I highly recommend! (The fibres in the shot is dog hair and not part of the product!)
Fantastic service and high quality and beautiful pieces for sale as well! I was supported to the the very extent I needed by Jason and Jamie. I got as much information I needed for the ring repair I first called on them for. Before doing any extra service that would require extra cost, I was informed promptly before the extra service was done (as there is nothing worse than surprise extra charges). When picking up my ring (that came in the exact time frame I was given), I was so drawn to some of their very beautiful pieces and had to snap one of them up. Highly recommended and would use them again! (pic: green one on my pinkie was perfectly fixed, ring on my forefinger is the one I put on my finger, and wouldn't take it off! :))
It's great to support independent/family run businesses and when that business is Mon Bijoux, and you are looking for a piece of jewellery, you need look no further - this is definitely the place to go. I have bought several pieces of jewellery over the last few years, some as gifts, but mostly for myself (some of them did start out as gifts!) and have been really pleased with all of them. The quality is excellent, good value for money and the owners couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I'm now thinking about what I need next...…….

I ordered a bangle and sent an email to Mon Bijoux and within one hour I had received an email from Jason helping me with my query, what a service.
