Vince was very accommodating, selected the best diamonds for us to look at, and gave an honest opinion. He allowed us to design exactly what we wanted and has produced an amazing engagement ring for us. Our experience could not have been any more special. Vincent and his team made a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé. My fiancé was quite fussy but Vincent reassured us he could create exactly what he she wanted and filled us with confidence. We told him our preferences and unlike some other jewellers he listened with no agenda. He showed us a great selection of diamonds and was very communicative during the design stage. Once we got the ring we were not disappointed, the craftsmanship was excellent and we knew we made a great choice. Can’t speak highly enough of them.
Vincent is the best value for money you will find in London without a shadow of a doubt. He will not give you the salesman talk and will give you the best quality service for the best price. I contacted over 50 jewellery stores to have the diamond I purchased from the USA set on particular model I wanted replicated in an 18k gold engagement ring and he was the only one who was honest and gave me a fair price.
