I have no hesitation recommending Adam and his team. I took on a project which needed complete renovation and I was a total novice. I had help and support right from the initial outline design and budgeting to choosing fixtures and fittings. What I particularly liked was how Adam really understood my taste and offered suggestions that were spot on, which was a great time saver. The house is in a terrace and my neighbours were a consideration for noise and disruption, particularly as this was done during lockdown! I was complimented on what a considerate, thoughtful and pleasant team of builders they were.
Like most, our home is our most valuable asset, we turned ours over the Adam Lloyd Construction (ALC) and trusted them to take care of it. They didn't let us down for a moment. Adam and Neil were amazing, still are in fact. We had a massive renno and extension to a 1850's semidetached house near London Fields. 10 months job, gutted and nearly rebuilt the entire property. We bid the project out to three contractors and ALCs was the best and lowest. Once work started, we were amazed with how things went. The only price or schedule changes were due to changes we requested, otherwise, these guys nailed it. Quality workmanship, reliable, problem solvers, excellent communication, and worked well with all of the other professionals on the project. Wholehearted recommendation here.
We have worked with Adam and the team on a number of jobs now and every single time we are impressed with how easy they are to work with! They are efficient, friendly and hard working. And the finished result is always impeccable! Would definitely recommend them!
Adam Lloyd converted my loft space in an old school building into an amazing master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, they incorporated the existing victorian joists, hidden lighting walk in wardrobe space and some great design to fit the space, they also refreshed the rest of the apartment.
Adam Lloyd carried out a major refurbishment project in our home in 2015 and we were delighted with the quality of their work, how they managed the project keeping to price and budget and how they worked with us to get creative solutions in place. Also, they and their crew were a pleasure to have around - important when you're living on a building site for 6months!This was the fourth time we'd run major building works and Adam Lloyd were by far the best builders we've worked with. Our architects were very impressed too. Very highly recommended.
