Charming hotel and staff. I was happy to support this tiny little hotel (18 rooms) among all highrise buildings. They try hard. But having said that, if you are in London for business, this is not the place if you need room to work. The rooms are more like pods, incredibly tiny. I’m 5’4” and anyone taller would have a very difficult time, it seems. So this hotel is good for those with little luggage and in London for fun. Great location and lots of food around, as no breakfast is provided.

If you're thinking of spending more money on a "brand name" hotel in London; don't. The service, the room and the location were spot on. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom and facilities which were large and finished well. The room was small, but exactly what I needed. Couldn't recommend more.

Perfect location. Good cleaning. The room could seem quite small but it is very modern and confortable. In London you must decide between space and location. At this location, you will not find a bigger room for that price. Includes fridge, water every day, good air conditioning. The experience would be 5star, but the checking out receptionist was very rude and agressive. Ok, I recognize that we leave the room 20 mins later, bur that dont explain the shouts, the bad words and the ironic tone to the customers. That employer haven’t good any idea about care the publi or customers. The hotel should select better their staff.

This is a great little hotel - I've just been staying for 2 nights. The location is ideal for the city area and easy to find and the rooms are spotlessly clean (fantastic housekeeping) before and throughout. The lady on reception that was there during my stay was lovely, helpful and polite and looked after things brilliantly. This is a very nice hotel - feels like like they actually do care about your time there unlike a lot of much more expensive hotels. I've stayed in a few chain style hotels nearby and will definitely recommend Great St Helens over them all, not just on price but for cleanliness and a cosy feeling and overall package. I'll look at Great St Helens first for availability next time before anywhere else. 10/10

Very small hotel, but perfectly clean and quiet. Really good location too. Feels like the centre of practically everything!
